Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Growth Engineer to join our team. This is not your traditional engineering role; it's a unique position that sits at the intersection of development, product, and customer engagement. As a Growth Engineer, you will work closely with our product and support teams, as well as directly liaise with customers to drive immediate value to our product.
Key Responsibilities

Work on ad-hoc engineering tasks that add immediate value to our product outside our scheduled development cycle.

Collaborate with the support team, sales team and directly with customers to identify areas for in-app changes that drive growth.

Act as a sales engineer, assisting the sales team during client calls when necessary.

Rapidly address and fix issues reported by the support team when regular QA/bug teams are unavailable.

Be an advocate for our product, showcasing new features in-app to drive new revenue growth.

Identify new areas of opportunity to improve our customer experience within our products and act in an engineering capacity to bring those ideas to life.
Skills & Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or have relevant work experience.

Experience in ad tech is a bonus!

1-2 years of relevant experience in software development.

Entrepreneurial spirit and a proactive mindset.

Excellent problem-solving skills.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.
