How to change your subscription

AdButler offers four subscription tiers and a variety of add-ons. You can submit a request to us if you wish to change your subscription details or enable/disable add-ons.

We highly recommend that you check our pricing page or consult with our support team to help you choose the right subscription tier and add-ons for your needs.

How to submit a change in subscription request

  1. Log into your AdButler account as the administrator.
  2. Click on View your plan on the right menu of the Dashboard. The Account Subscription page will appear.

You can also get to the Account Subscription page by clicking on Settings at the bottom of the left navigation menu then clicking Subscription Plans on the Settings page.
  1. Click Request Subscription Change at the bottom of the page. The Request Subscription Change page will appear.

If you were subscribed under the previous pricing scheme, you will be prompted to select one of the subscription tiers on your first visit to the Request Subscription Change page. This simply sets the initial details that you will see.
You can have only one pending subscription change request at a time. If the Request Subscription Change button is greyed out, that means you already have a pending subscription change or cancel request. Wait for the result of your previous request before submitting a new one.
  1. Choose a subscription tier under the Select Tier dropdown menu. The prices and available add-ons shown will change accordingly.

  2. Adjust the ad request scale as needed.

  3. Click on the toggle beside an add-on to enable or disable it. For add-ons with different options (e.g. Standard and Advanced), click on the option's name to select it.

  4. Select a support package.

  5. Click Tier Resource Limits on the right menu to see your current resource count (i.e. the number of zones, publishers, advertisers and user accounts) as well as the resource limit of the tier you selected. For more information, read Tier resource limits.

You will still be able to submit a request for a subscription change even if you've already exceeded the limits of your desired new tier. However, we strongly recommend staying within those limits to help ensure that your request will be approved.
  1. Click Submit Change Request.

Your account will be updated within one business day, and you will be notified via email once your new subscription details have taken effect.

You must submit a request prior to the end of your billing cycle for the request to be honored for that month.
