How to archive publishers or zones
Archiving a publisher temporarily deactivates it and its zones. The archived publisher will be removed from the table of created publishers and put in a separate list. But its zones, the ad items assigned to those zones, and the configuration of their campaign assignments will be preserved.
Similarly, you can archive one or more zones from the section of the publisher to which they are assigned. The ad items assigned to those zones and the configuration of their campaign assignments will be preserved.
Zones and ad items can always be unarchived, but their previous assignments will be restored only if the campaigns still exist.
