You can archive one or more advertisers from the main Advertisers section. Archiving temporarily deactivates the advertiser and the campaigns assigned to it. The archived advertiser will be removed from the table of created advertisers and put in a separate list. But the archived advertiser's campaigns, the ad items assigned to those campaigns, and the configuration of their zone or channel assignments will be preserved.

Similarly, you can archive one or more campaigns from the section of the advertiser to which they are assigned. The ad items assigned to those campaigns and the configuration of their zone or channel assignments will be preserved.

Archiving an advertiser

1. Go to the main Advertisers section (Your AdButler > Advertisers).
2. In the table of advertisers, click on the checkbox beside the name of the advertiser or advertisers you want to archive.

3. Click Archive at the bottom of the table.

Unarchiving an advertiser

1. Go to the main Advertisers section (Your AdButler > Advertisers).
2. Click on the View Archived Advertiser(s) link at the bottom of the table. The list of archived advertisers will appear.

3. Click on the checkbox beside the name of the advertiser or advertisers you want to unarchive.
4. Click Restore.
5. Click OK in the confirmation window that appears.

Archiving a campaign

1. Go to the section of the relevant advertiser (Your AdButler > Advertisers > Your Advertiser).
2. In the table of campaigns, click on the checkbox beside the name of the campaign or campaigns you want to archive.

3. Click Archive at the bottom of the table.

Unarchiving a campaign

1. Go to the section of the relevant advertiser (Your AdButler > Advertisers > Your Advertiser).
2. Click on the View Archived Campaign(s) link at the bottom of the table. The list of archived campaigns will appear.

3. Click on the checkbox beside the name of the campaign or campaigns you want to unarchive.
4. Click Unarchive.
5. Click OK in the confirmation window that appears.
